Job Description
We are hiring a Tele Caller Executive who can manage customer communication and also drive business growth through cold calling and lead conversion. This role involves calling prospective customers, explaining OCL services, generating leads, and supporting existing customers with queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with strong phone etiquette
- Respond to customer inquiries about courier and logistics services, pickup scheduling, pricing, timelines, and tracking
- Perform cold calling to identify prospects, pitch services, and generate qualified leads
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records (data entry, call notes, follow ups)
- Resolve issues effectively and coordinate with operations for closures
- Upsell relevant services while keeping customer satisfaction as a priority
- Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality
Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in telecalling, customer care, inside sales, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Assamese, Bengali is a plus)
- Confident in cold calling, handling objections, and follow up discipline
- Good typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic lead tracking
- Target driven, positive attitude, and customer first approach
Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in courier, logistics, or B2B calling
- Multilingual communication skills
- Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales
