Job Description
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Lead and supervise Service Advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure quality repairs and high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly service revenue and profitability targets.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for timely parts availability.
Manage warranty claims and related documentation.
Prepare service performance and productivity reports.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Train and motivate the team to improve performance and efficiency.
