We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally
- Communicate with customers to provide information about products/services
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
- Maintain call records and update customer details accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 4GB RAM mobile device is mandatory
- Strong and stable internet connection
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
- Basic understanding of customer handling
Work Schedule:
- 6 days working (1 weekly off)
- Rotational shifts
Location: Work From Home (Guna, Ashok Nagar, Gwalior, Vidhisha)
