Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales
Location: Gwalior

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer/distributor management, channel sales expansion, market development, and achieving sales targets in the EV/Battery/Automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
- Execute local promotional and branding activities
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/channel sales
- Experience in EV, battery, automotive, solar, or related industries preferred
- Strong dealer/distributor management experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
- Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory
