Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by coordinating with our desk sales team, generating high-quality leads, and onboarding new customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients and partners.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Lead Allocation:
- Strategically allocate qualified leads to the field sales team.
- Ensure efficient and timely distribution of leads.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure performance.
- Customer Onboarding:
- Conduct initial onboarding calls with new customers to establish connection and understand their needs.
- Guide customers through the setup process, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Provide training and support on product features and best practices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer adoption and usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
