We are a growing e-commerce and export company dealing with domestic as well as international operations across multiple countries. Our company also handles global logistics, export shipments, customs coordination, procurement operations, customer support, and shipment tracking.

Based on the candidate’s expertise, skills, and performance, the company may assign different responsibilities according to operational requirements.

For example:

• Candidates handling customer support may need to reply to customer queries via email or chat professionally.

• Candidates assigned to logistics operations may need to manage international shipment tracking, customs-related queries, onboarding processes, and maintain shipment reports and records.

• Candidates working in procurement may need to source and place orders according to the company’s procurement guidelines and operational standards.

Basic training for all tasks will be provided by the company. However, candidates must have clear fundamentals, good learning ability, and a professional working attitude.

🧾 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory

• Candidates must have knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and matching large datasets accurately

• Professional email writing and communication skills are compulsory

Update daily orders in Google Sheets / Excel

• Search and source products

• Place procurement orders with correct customer addresses

• Track AWB / shipment numbers and update records

• Coordinate with the shipping team for packing & dispatch

• Reply to basic customer queries via email (training provided)

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Basic computer & smartphone knowledge (must)

• Typing speed: at least 20 WPM

• Prior experience in e-commerce, data entry, or online work preferred

• Honest, punctual, and willing to learn
