Workshop Manager/service Manager

Aakash Ganga TVS is hiring an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager / Service Manager to manage and supervise daily workshop operations.

The candidate will be responsible for leading technicians and service staff, monitoring workshop productivity, ensuring timely vehicle servicing and delivery, maintaining service quality, handling customer concerns, and achieving workshop performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop and service operations

• Supervise, guide, and motivate technicians and service advisors

• Ensure timely servicing and delivery of customer vehicles

• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction

• Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues

• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service targets

• Ensure proper job-card processes and workshop discipline

• Coordinate with spare-parts and service teams

• Follow TVS dealership standards and service procedures

• Prepare and monitor daily and monthly workshop performance reports

Requirements:

• Experience in automobile workshop or service management preferred

• Good knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and workshop operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills

• Ability to manage a team and work toward service targets

• Knowledge of DMS/dealership processes will be an added advantage
