Job Summary:

Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for managing raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and spare parts used in the corrugation plant. The role ensures accurate inventory control of kraft paper, adhesives, inks, stitching wires, strapping materials, and packaging supplies, while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Raw Material Management

·        Manage inventory of starch/adhesive powder, gum, inks, stitching wire, strapping rolls, and other consumables.

·        Issue paper reels and consumables as per production plan.

·        Maintain daily material issue register.

·        Coordinate with Production Supervisor for reel planning.

·        Ensure availability of materials to avoid production stoppage.

·        Maintain stock of machine spare parts (corrugation machine parts, bearings, belts, blades, rollers, motors).

·        Track minimum and reorder levels for critical spares.

·        Coordinate with Maintenance Department for urgent requirements.

·        Prepare GRN for inward materials.

·        Verify supplier invoices with received quantity.

·        Maintain stock register, bin cards, and ERP entries.

·        Conduct monthly physical stock verification.

·        Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

·        Maintain stock of finished corrugated boxes.

·        Coordinate with dispatch team for loading and delivery.

·        Ensure proper documentation (Delivery Challan, E-way bill if required).

Required Skills:.

• Basic knowledge of ERP / Tally / Excel.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Inventory planning and control ability.
