We are North India distributor of 3M Water Solution Products and 3M Car Care Products with team of more than 450 employees.

Key Responsibilities

•      Develop and execute territory sales strategies.

•      Identify and acquire new customers within assigned regions.

•      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•      Build long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.

•      Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

•      Negotiate pricing, close deals and manage contracts.

•      Recruit and manage dealers and channel partners.

•      Strengthen distribution network and support dealer performance.

· Only Male candidates can apply for the post. 

· Candidate must have at least 2yrs of sales experience.

· Candidate should not have any objection in visiting the cities around Ghaziabad, Noida city.

· Candidate must be proactive and have Good Communication Skills and must be presentable.
