JOB DESCRIPTION – HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Position: HR & Admin Executive

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reporting To: Director / Plant Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage employee coordination, attendance, recruitment support, factory administration, and office operations. The candidate will play an important role in maintaining discipline, employee records, smooth communication, and overall administrative efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Handle joining and exit formalities
  • Maintain employee files and documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Maintain employee database and HR records
  1. Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Coordinate attendance and overtime data for salary processing
  • Assist in PF, ESIC, labor compliance, and statutory documentation
  • Maintain contractor and labor records
  1. Employee Coordination
  • Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR support
  • Maintain discipline and workplace decorum
  • Coordinate between management and factory staff
  1. Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration and housekeeping
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain stationery, pantry, and office supplies
  • Handle visitor management and inward/outward documents
  1. Factory Administration
  • Coordinate with production and stores departments for workforce requirements
  • Maintain gate entry records and staff movement
  • Support factory audits and documentation
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare HR and admin reports
  • Maintain attendance registers and employee MIS
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation systems

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and administration
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–5 years experience in HR/Admin role
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Salary:

As per industry standards and experience.
