Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of the Central Contact Center at Parul University. The candidate will play a key role in managing bulk hiring, employee lifecycle activities, and overall HR coordination in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination of interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently within defined timelines.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring records.
  • Support onboarding activities including document verification, joining formalities, induction coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure smooth employee integration into the organization.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll input data.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage departmental inventory and administrative coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and operational data as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting authority.


Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations support.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
