Job Description
JD for ASO
An Area Sales Officer (ASO) for Tata Tiscon rebar manages primary and secondary sales, expands dealer and channel networks, and drives institutional project sales within a designated territory. The role involves regular site visits, competitor tracking, and conducting promotional meets for masons, builders, and architects
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual primary and secondary sales goals for Tata Tiscon TMT bars.
- Dealer Network Management: Appoint, train, and support authorized dealers, and channel partners to widen market penetration.
- Project & Institutional Sales: Engage local builders, civil contractors, structural engineers, and consultants to secure direct project orders.
- Market Mapping & Competitor Tracking: Monitor local construction trends, identify upcoming real estate projects, and analyze competitor pricing.
- Influencer Engagement: Organize localized promotional events, including mason meets, contractor meets, and architect interactions.
- Reporting: Provide daily updates on field visits, pipeline conversions, and inventory tracking to the Area Sales Manager (ASM)
