Instagram, Facebook, YouTube एवं अन्य सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का संचालन करना।

कंपनी के उत्पादों की फोटो एवं वीडियो शूट करके आकर्षक पोस्ट, रील्स और वीडियो अपलोड करना।

Digital Marketing के माध्यम से कंपनी की ऑनलाइन ब्रांडिंग और रीच बढ़ाना।

IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Facebook एवं अन्य प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से आने वाली लीड्स को मैनेज करना।

संभावित ग्राहकों से Telecalling करके जानकारी देना और फॉलो-अप करना।

Google Business Profile, Reviews एवं ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति को बेहतर बनाए रखना।

ग्राहकों के प्रश्नों का समय पर उत्तर देना और CRM में डेटा अपडेट करना।

Sales Team के साथ समन्वय बनाकर लीड्स को कन्वर्ट करने में सहयोग करना।

कंपनी के नए ऑफर, प्रोडक्ट लॉन्च और प्रमोशनल कैंपेन की योजना एवं प्रचार करना।

दैनिक कार्यों की रिपोर्ट तैयार करके मैनेजमेंट को साझा करना।
