Job Description
Job Title: Site Visit ExecutiveDepartment: Sales / Real EstateJob Description:We are looking for a dynamic Site Visit Executive responsible for handling client site visits for real estate projects through both in-person meetings and video calls. The candidate will be responsible for showcasing projects, explaining key features, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct site visits for clients (in-person & virtual).
- Explain project details such as layout, pricing, and amenities.
- Assist and guide clients during site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups.
- Schedule and manage client appointments.
- Maintain records of client interactions and visits.
- Key Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
- Ability to handle video call presentations
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Candidate Profile:Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
- Background in sales, real estate, or customer handling preferred
