Center Head Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Centre Head Manager to lead the operations of our Vehicle Fitness Centre. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete inspection process, ensuring compliance with Government of India regulations, supervising technical teams, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Vehicle Fitness Centre.
• Ensure all vehicle fitness inspections are conducted as per Central Motor Vehicle Rules (CMVR).
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, operators, technicians, drivers, and administrative staff.
• Maintain inspection quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with transport authorities and government officials.
• Monitor productivity, prepare MIS reports, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Train and guide staff on technical and safety procedures.

Qualification:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in vehicle inspection, manufacturing, service, or automobile repair.
