📌 Profile: Field Recruiter (Migrant Sourcing for Construction Sites)


📍 Locations: Ranchi, Chatra, Giridih, Hazaribagh, Koderma, Ramgarh, Gumla, Khunti, Lohardaga, Simdega, Deoghar, Dumka, Godda, Jamtara, Pakur, Sahebganj, Garhwa, Latehar, Palamu, East Singhbhum, Saraikela Kharsawan and West Singhbhum


📍 Hiring For: Bulk hiring projects in Gujarat & Chennai


✅ We are hiring experienced Field Recruiters with minimum 6 months of experience in migrant sourcing.

🔑 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✔️ Experience in bulk worker hiring & manpower supply

✔️ Strong network of workers and local contractors

✔️ Ability to source and mobilize migrant workers

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred


💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + PF + Medical Insurance + TA + Incentives

(Salary depends on interview performance & experience)
