Job Description
Job SummaryThe Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective buyers, presenting property options, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role involves building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and other sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers/developers.
- Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and transaction processes.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth deal closure.
