Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Manage inventory, stock audits, and replenishment while minimizing stock loss.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an attractive showroom presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for stock availability and new product launches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Organize promotional events and marketing activities to increase store footfall.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
