Job Description

We seek an HR manager to handle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in our manufacturing unit. The candidate should be hands-on and familiar with workforce management in a production environment.


Role and Responsibility of HR :


Coordinate recruitment drives for shop floor and office staff.


Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joiners.


Handle employee attendance, leave management, and shift scheduling.


Ensure adherence to labor laws including Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.


Liaise with labor unions and handle employee grievances.


Support performance appraisal process and training programs.
