Job Description
Rua is a vibrant dining destination known for exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals to join us in the following roles:
- Restaurant CaptainSupervise and guide service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth dining operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
- Train and mentor stewards and servers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality/service roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant StewardAssist in serving food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Support the Captain and service team in daily operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction with attentive service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality preferred (freshers may apply)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
