Role Contribution:Your role impactfully contributes to the overall growth of the organization by ensuring that all financial entries are timely updated and accurately recorded as per accounting standards. It will help in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing timely and insightful financial reports that help management make informed decisions, conducting analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement among others.

Duties & Responsibilities:Bill Booking, Bank Payment/ Receipt processing, Cash Payment / Receipt, Reconciliation of Accounts, Daily fund report, Daily Costing, Vendor, Customer & inventory reconciliation, TDS & GST reconciliation 

Qualifications:B.Com.   

Experiences:3 years’ relevant experience in Bill Booking, Bank Payment/ Receipt processing, Cash Payment / Receipt, Reconciliation of Accounts, Daily fund report, Daily Costing, Vendor, Customer & inventory reconciliation, TDS & GST reconciliation and Ms Office.

Core Competencies:Accounting  0.33,  Excel 0.25 , Inventory management 0.17, TDS & GST knowledge, ERP or Accounting Software (e.g – Nway ERP, SAP, Navision) 

Preferred Competencies:TDS 0.50 and GST 0.50
