Job Description
1. VMC machine operating independently
2. Working experience on Fanuc, Mitsubishi controller preferred.
3. Knowledge in Cutter Selections as per job.
4. Knowledge in machine automation (ATC)
5. Capacity to work on multiple machines
6. Updating daily activity Plan vs Actual production
7. Continual improvement in VMC working area to increase productivity
8. Meet with Plan vs Actual in Productivity and Quality
9. Rejection and Rework control
10. Knowledge in maintaining 5S.
11. Complete the jobs in given target time
Skills:
· Communication skills (Tamil, Kanada & English)
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical / ITI
- Preference from Die & Mould Manufacturing
