- Production-ready furniture concepts
- 2D technical drawings
- 3D visualizations
- Modular furniture systems
- Wardrobes, TV units, storage systems, beds, shelves, kitchen units, etc.
This role requires both creativity and execution thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Furniture Design
- Design premium furniture for:
- Wardrobes
- TV units
- Bookshelves
- Storage systems
- Kitchen shelves
- Beds
- Office furniture
- Space-saving furniture
- Modular home furniture
- Create modern, elegant, and functional designs for urban homes
Technical Design
- Prepare:
- 2D CAD drawings
- Detailed dimensions
- Section drawings
- Production drawings
- Joinery details
- Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing
3D Visualization
- Create realistic 3D renders and furniture mockups
- Present concepts with materials, colors, and textures
Material & Manufacturing Understanding
- Knowledge of:
- Plywood
- MDF
- HDF
- Veneers
- Laminates
- Solid wood
- Glass
- Metal fabrication
- Hardware systems
- Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, and production teams
Space Optimization
- Design furniture that maximizes utility in compact urban homes
- Focus on ergonomics and usability
Product Development
- Help create standardized furniture collections for scaling production
- Contribute to HomeCraft’s signature design language
Required Skills

- AutoCAD
