Job Description
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor shall be responsible for end-to-end execution of interior projects at site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, safety requirements, and company SOPs. The role involves coordination between clients, designers, factory, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
* Execute interior projects as per approved 2D drawings and scope of work.
* Verify site dimensions before commencement of production.
* Coordinate site readiness prior to material dispatch.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and specifications.
* Monitor daily progress and maintain project schedules.
* Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Site Coordination
* Coordinate with clients regarding site activities and updates.
* Liaise with designers for clarifications on drawings and design details.
* Coordinate with factory regarding production status and material requirements.
* Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling contractors, civil contractors, and other vendors.
* Ensure smooth handover between different agencies working on site.
Material Management
* Verify materials received at site.
* Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
* Prevent wastage, damage, and pilferage of materials.
* Track shortages and raise requirements in advance.
Quality Control
* Inspect all works for quality compliance.
* Ensure installations match approved drawings.
* Verify alignment, leveling, finishing, hardware installation, and workmanship.
* Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
* Maintain Agastiyan quality standards at all stages.
Labour & Vendor Management
* Supervise carpenters, helpers, polish teams, and subcontractors.
* Allocate daily work activities.
* Monitor productivity and workmanship.
* Ensure labour discipline and attendance.
* Resolve site-level issues and escalations.
Client Management
* Provide regular progress updates to clients.
* Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
* Address client concerns promptly.
* Obtain stage-wise approvals and sign-offs.
Documentation & Reporting
* Submit daily progress reports with photographs.
* Maintain site measurement records.
* Track pending items and closures.
* Update project trackers and dashboards.
* Prepare snag lists and closure reports.
Billing & Commercial Support
* Track project milestones linked to billing.
* Support collection of stage-wise payments.
* Inform management regarding payment delays.
* Obtain client acknowledgments for completed milestones.
Safety & Housekeeping
* Ensure safe working practices at site.
* Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
* Ensure proper use of PPE where applicable.
* Prevent accidents and unsafe activities.
Handover & Closure
* Prepare snag list before handover.
* Coordinate rectification of defects.
* Obtain client handover sign-off.
* Ensure project documentation is complete before closure.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of residential interior execution.
* Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
* Understanding of modular furniture installation.
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and painting works.
* Good communication and client handling skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
* Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp, and project reporting tools.

* Project completion within agreed timeline.
* Quality compliance and minimum rework.
* Client satisfaction score.
* Snag closure timelines.
* Material wastage control.
* Site productivity.
* Payment milestone achievement.
* Daily reporting compliance.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe installations.
* Experience handling multiple residential projects simultaneously.
* Experience using project management and reporting systems.
