Job Description
EDM Operator – Engineer/Snr Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC EDM machines.
- Electrode and Job setting on machine.
- Knowledge about CNC EDM programming.
- Knowledge on Spark Gap and parameter settings.
- Drawing study 2D.
- 3D knowledge will be added advantage.
- Electrode design knowledge will be added advantage.
- Knowledge about achieving different surface finishes in EDM.
- Knowledge about Angular and multi axis sparking will be added advantage.
Minimum Qualification:
• Qualification: ITI / Degree / Diploma holder
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience on MAKINO / SODICK machines
• Good communication skill
• Willing to work in shifts
• Willing to relocate near to factory
• Willing to work with team
• Willing to work on multiple machines
