Job Description:Maharusi Food Products is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Male Field Sales Executive with a proven track record in FMCG / Food Sales to drive distribution and retail growth across key Tamil Nadu and Karnataka routes.

• Key Responsibilities: Perform daily beat/field visits to generate new sales and book orders.
• Expand market reach by appointing new retailers, supermarkets, and wholesale accounts for pickle and food products.
• Coordinate with local distributors for timely stock delivery, billing, and payment collections.
• Execute company schemes, offers, and ensure attractive product placement on retail shelves.
• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets assigned by management.
• Candidate Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on field sales experience in Food & Beverage / Packaged Foods
• Location Knowledge: Strong familiarity with retail routes and wholesale markets in Salem, Hosur, Krishnagiri, or Bangalore.
• Mandatory: Own a Two-Wheeler (Bike) + Valid Driving License.
• Languages: Fluency in Tamil (basic Kannada is a strong advantage for Hosur/Bangalore routes).
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
