Job Description
Field Visits: Travel to customer locations within designated areas to follow up on overdue loans, bills, or accounts.
Debt Recovery: Collect payments via cash, cheque, or digital modes and issue valid receipts.
Negotiation: Agree on feasible repayment plans, extensions, or settlements with high-risk or non-responsive accounts.
Documentation: Update real-time collection status, notes, and visit logs into mobile apps or CRM systems.
Reporting: Submit daily progress updates and recovery metrics to the Collection Manager.
Compliance: Follow legal and regulatory standards (such as RBI frameworks) without resorting to harassment or unethical behavior.
