Core Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with managers to define role needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain candidate records and manage the recruitment process.
• Offer Management: Extend offers, handle negotiations, and facilitate onboarding.
• Pipeline Building: Develop talent pools for future openings.
