Job Description

  • Install and commission vending machines at customer sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine faults (mechanical, electrical, or electronic)
  • Support customer sites with basic operational training and issue resolution
  • Coordinate spare parts and service escalations with the manufacturer where needed
  • Travel to customer locations across Hosur and surrounding areas for service calls
  • Represent the company professionally during customer visits — service quality directly builds our reputation
  • Report recurring issues or product-quality concerns to management
