Corporate Trainer

We are looking for an active and experienced Corporate Trainer to guide and develop our internal teams.

You will be responsible for training our HR recruiters, Business Development Executives (BDs), and back-office staff to help them achieve their targets and work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give orientation and onboarding training to all new employees.
• Teach practical sales techniques, recruitment strategies, and basic office tasks.
• Take charge of monthly branch meetings to update the staff on new processes.
• Track daily/weekly employee performance and identify areas where they need more training.
• Report training progress and team performance directly to management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum graduation in any field.
2. 1-2 years of previous experience as a Trainer, Faculty, or Team Leader.
3. Excellent communication and speaking skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple teams and solve their work-related doubts.
5. Confident in taking group presentations and interactive sessions.
