Job Opening: E-commerce ExecutiveLocation: [Santragachi Howrah]

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Mandatory)

• Job ResponsibilitiesDaily order management across e-commerce platforms
• Return & RTO processing and coordination
• Product listing management (creation, updates, pricing, stock sync)
• Logistics handling and coordination with courier partners
• Customer follow-ups for order, delivery, and issue resolution
• Warehouse coordination & inventory management
• Team handling and task follow-ups to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining strict daily MIS and reporting
• Required Skills & KnowledgeHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Vendor Central
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations & workflows
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Discipline & Work Ethic (Very Important)Must be highly punctual and regular
• E-commerce requires daily discipline and consistency — irregular attendance will not be acceptable
• Responsible, process-oriented, and detail-focused mindset is mandatory
• Eligibility Minimum 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience
• Freshers not eligible
