Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities 

• Acquire new clients through proactive sales and marketing efforts 
• Promote and sell financial products including: 
• Mutual Funds 
• PMS (Portfolio Management Services) 
• Insurance (Life & General) 
• Equity & Trading Accounts 
• Financial Planning Services 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement 
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions 
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies 
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing 
• Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing within financial services 
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, and Financial Planning 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets 
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships 
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented 
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Certifications such as NISM, IRDA, or AMFI (preferred but not mandatory) 
• Existing client base or network will be an added advantage
