Floor Supervisor

Candidate applying should live within 10 km of Dhulagari/Ranihati.

We are looking for a practical, hardworking, and responsible Manufacturing Unit Manager to manage our production unit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the factory floor, leading a team, and ensuring production runs smoothly every day.

Freshers with a strong willingness to learn, as well as experienced candidates, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the factory workers on a daily basis.
• Ensure production is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain records in Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action whenever required.
• Train and motivate workers to improve productivity and maintain discipline.
• Coordinate between the factory team and management.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of English (reading and writing).
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Practical approach with good problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work on the factory floor and handle daily operations.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred (freshers with the right attitude may also apply).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage.
