Job Description

Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and security.

Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve guest complaints.

Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and operational costs.

Ensure staff discipline, training, and performance management.

Coordinate with sales, reservations, and accounts for seamless operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.

Monitor maintenance, inventory, and vendor management.

Prepare daily operational reports and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and profitability
