Operational Coordination & Cross-Department Liaison - Serve as the central point of contact between Sales, HR, Purchase, and Accounts departments

Inventory & Stock Administration Support- Assist in organizing and scheduling periodic physical stock verification exercises, maintain administrative records of stock movement logs, and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to facilitate smooth stock reconciliation and discrepancy reporting.

Document & Records Management - Maintain systematic filing and retrieval of all financial and statutory documents including GST returns, TDS certificates, bank statements, vendor contracts, and audit reports — ensuring regulatory records are audit-ready and accessible for compliance reviews

MIS Report Compilation & Management Dashboard Maintenance Collate data from accounts, sales, purchase, and inventory departments to prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports — giving senior management a unified operational view for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
