Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple store operations across Dharwad and Bagalkot. The role involves supervising branch performance, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of multiple branches (Dharwad & Bagalkot)
• Supervise store staff and ensure efficient team performance
• Monitor daily sales, stock, and operational activities
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all branches
• Coordinate with store teams for smooth functioning
• Maintain reports on sales, inventory, and performance
• Resolve operational issues and improve store efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

• Basic knowledge of retail/store operations
• Ability to handle multiple locations

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to both male and female candidates
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/store management
