HR Intern

Nexenstial LLP is hiring an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in hiring, and the ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offer rollout, and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support employee onboarding and HR operations.
• Assist in employee engagement and internal HR activities.
• Coordinate with external consultants and hiring partners when required.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition.

Additional Requirements

• Experience hiring for IT, SaaS, or Healthcare IT roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with strong team coordination abilities.
