Job Description
In this role, you will be the strategic link between our brand vision and the retail shelf, utilizing our established base of Wholesalers and leading Area Sales Managers to ensure maximum product velocity.
We are seeking a candidate with a sharp "business sense" who can take newer brand offers and translate them into compelling profit stories for retailers, effectively communicating our marketing tailwinds and specific consumer use cases to win over shop owners.
You must possess the acumen to build deep, lasting relationships at the ground level, ensuring that retailers don't just stock our products but actively advocate for them. If you are an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives on turning brand strategy into real-world revenue and has a proven track record of influencing complex distribution channels, we want you on our team.
3-4 years of experience in FMCG or any other relevant industry is preferred.
