Job Description
Prepare and supervise production of cakes, pastries, savouries, cookies, khari, breads & bun and other bakery items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality, taste, and visual presentation standards are met.
- Manage daily production operations and team handling.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Menu development.
- Train and guide junior staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bakery and pastry kitchen (Hot & Cold Items).
- Knowledge of baking techniques, decoration, and production
