Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, maintaining food quality, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
• Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are followed
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with management for new menu ideas, promotions, and events
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all orders
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper kitchen operations 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef (preferably in a café or casual dining setup)
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and passion for food
