Job Description:

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper (Commi III) to assist in daily kitchen operations. The candidate will support chefs in basic food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cutting, chopping, and basic food preparation
  • Support Tandoor, Chinese, and Indian sections as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  • Wash utensils and ensure proper storage
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs
  • Help in stock handling and basic inventory support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Tandoor/Chinese/Indian cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Note: Freshers with interest in kitchen work can also apply.
