Job Description

Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold beverages) as per BeCafe standards

Operate coffee machines and maintain consistency in taste and presentation

Handle customer orders, billing, and basic POS operations

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café area at all times

Manage inventory of raw materials (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.)

Upsell products and promote ongoing offers

Follow SOPs for food safety and quality compliance

Coordinate with outlet staff for smooth operations
