Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Role Overview
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable beauty products, and delivering an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty and skincare products
Demonstrate product usage (makeup, skincare, haircare)
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store and testers
Stay updated on latest beauty trends and product knowledge
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Support billing and inventory management when required
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in retail, beauty, or cosmetics (Freshers can apply)
Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of makeup application is an added advantage
