Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to deliver seamless service
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history

- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or client servicing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
