Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (Female)

Role Overview: We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a seamless experience. This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality background and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner

Requirements

·     Graduate in Hospitality or any discipline

·     2–4 years of experience in guest relations/front office

·     Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·     Presentable and well-groomed personality

·     Experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality industry
