Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager who can lead Dantura Botanics’ overall marketing activities, build brand awareness, generate leads, support distributor development, and increase online and offline sales.
The ideal candidate should have experience in health, wellness, FMCG, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or direct sales marketing. The person must be able to manage digital campaigns, field promotion, distributor communication, social media strategy, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand DevelopmentBuild and strengthen the Dantura Botanics brand identity across digital platforms, retail markets, distributors, and customer channels.
Develop marketing messages for products such as Bone Marrow Booster, Immune Booster, Liver Booster, Skin Booster, Hair Root Booster, Diabetes Booster Pack, and other wellness supplements.
Maintain consistent brand communication around natural wellness, micronutrient support, daily health, immunity, energy, skin, hair, and lifestyle improvement.
2. Digital MarketingPlan and manage campaigns for:
YouTube
Google Business Profile
WhatsApp marketing
Website promotions
Amazon product promotion
Coordinate regular content creation including posters, reels, videos, testimonials, product education posts, blog topics, captions, and campaign ideas.
Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, website visits, and conversion.
3. Distributor & Retail MarketingSupport distributor recruitment and onboarding.
Prepare and explain distributor proposals, starter packages, product margins, sales targets, area-wise planning, and follow-up systems.
Help build relationships with stockists, retailers, wellness shops, pharmacies, clinics, and local business partners.
Plan local promotional activities, product awareness meetings, and distributor support campaigns.
4. Lead Generation & ConversionGenerate leads through online campaigns, field activities, referrals, social media, exhibitions, local meetings, and business networks.
Maintain lead records and follow-up through CRM sheets.
Coordinate with sales team for timely follow-up, product explanation, closing, and repeat orders.
Develop WhatsApp message sequences, customer follow-up scripts, and product-wise pitch materials.
5. Product MarketingCreate product-wise marketing strategies based on category, target customers, benefits, pricing, and sales channels.
Prepare promotional plans for:
Immune support
Blood health support
Skin and hair wellness
Diabetes wellness support
Daily nutrition products
Power Booster Sattu
General lifestyle wellness supplements
Work with the design/content team to create brochures, catalogues, banners, product leaflets, Amazon images, and social media creatives.
6. Market ResearchStudy customer demand, competitor products, pricing, distributor expectations, online reviews, retail feedback, and market trends.
Identify new sales opportunities in health supplement, wellness, pharmacy, organic, nutrition, and direct selling markets.
Suggest improvements in packaging, pricing, offers, campaigns, and product positioning.
7. Team CoordinationCoordinate with:
Sales executives
Distributor support team
Graphic designers
Content writers
Website team
Amazon/eCommerce team
Customer support team
Management
Prepare weekly marketing reports and present progress, challenges, and next action plans.
Required SkillsStrong communication and leadership skills
Experience in digital and offline marketing
Knowledge of social media promotion and lead generation
Ability to handle distributor and retailer networks
Basic understanding of health, nutrition, wellness, or supplement products
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to manage WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and social media platforms
Creative thinking with result-oriented execution
Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English preferred
QualificationGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Life Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or related field.
MBA in Marketing will be preferred but not mandatory.
ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, FMCG, pharma, wellness, nutraceuticals, healthcare, or distributor-based business.
Freshers with strong communication and field marketing ability may also be considered for junior roles.

SalarySalary will depend on experience, skills, and performance.
Fixed salary + performance incentive + growth opportunity may be offered.

The candidate should be comfortable working both in the field and online, and must be able to convert marketing ideas into real business growth.
