✅ Previous Year Question Analysis করে নতুন প্রশ্ন তৈরি করা

✅ ছাত্রদের জন্য সহজবোধ্য ও পরীক্ষামুখী নোট প্রস্তুত করা

🎓 যোগ্যত Competitive Exam-এর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে (WB PSC / RRB / UPSC / SSC / অন্যান্য)

✔ Competitive Exam preparation বা appearance experience অগ্রাধিকার পাবে

✔ বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো লেখার দক্ষতা

✔ প্রশ্ন তৈরি ও একাডেমিক কনটেন্ট ডেভেলপমেন্টে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

✔ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Word / Google Docs / Excel)
