*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to generate new business leads and sales opportunities through outbound telesales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Generate new business leads and sales opportunities through outbound telesales activities

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

- Meet and exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service skills

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of experience in telesales or sales

- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Strong understanding of the machine manufacturing industry (preferred)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
