Job Description

Telesales Executive (Target-Based Sales Role)

⚠️ This is a hardcore sales profile. Candidates must be comfortable achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers from the provided database.
  • Explain and promote company products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the Field Sales Team.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets consistently.
  • Maintain daily call reports and CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly target-oriented and sales-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under sales targets and performance pressure.
