Telesales Executive (Target-Based Sales Role)
⚠️ This is a hardcore sales profile. Candidates must be comfortable achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain and promote company products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the Field Sales Team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets consistently.
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM records.
Requirements:
- Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-oriented and sales-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance pressure.
